Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Hygiene & Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used hair care products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
